*If I am a Residential client, how am I billed?
When we are done cleaning your home we leave a payment envelope.
We ask that you send the payment to us the next day, after you
have
had the opportunity to check out our work.
*Do
I have to give you a key?
We would prefer it. Garage codes are also acceptable.

a) Can we let our wild indians rampage our house leaving everything
in disarray... including clothes on the lampshades and dishes
in the sink right before you come and clean?
Please have everything picked up and orderly, so we can concentrate
on cleaning.

b) Will you pick up after us, such as doing laundry or neaten
in general?
Our specialty is cleaning your house. We will make your house
as clean as possible, but we do not do laundry or other maid type
services.
*Are
you insured and bonded?
Yes we are, for $1,000,000.
*How
long have you been in business?
We are celebrating our 16th anniversary this year!
