Student Questions

Question:     What is the balance due on my account?
Answer:       Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-628-8234 to ascertain your balance.

Question:      How do I place a call?
Answer:       Dial the toll free access number and dial in your 10 digit card number and 4 digit pin.  Now you may dial the number that you are trying to reach.
Question:      How can someone leave a voicemail on my calling card?
Answer:      Have the other person dial your toll free access number.  Now have them dial in your 10 digit card number.  Do not give them your 4 digit pin, this is your security passcode.  Now they need to hit the pound key, the number 2 and they will be able to leave a message for you.

Parent Questions

Question:      Why is my son/daughter's card not working?
Answer:      We can try to troubleshoot to find the problem; however, the best way for us to determine problems is to please have your son/daughter give us a call at the time of their difficulty and we will be able to isolate the trouble at that time.  Here's the number to call, Customer Service at 1-800-628-8234.

Question:      What are all of these charges included on the bill?
Answer:      The invoices include the price of calls according to your rate plan.  Federal/State taxes and the USF fees are also listed separately within each bill.  If a payphone has been used to place calls you will also see an FCC charge of .29 per call.  If there are questionable charges, contact Customer Service at 1-800-628-8234 or send email to customerservice@nationalcollegiate.com.
Question:      Will the calling card charges be included in our local telephone bill?
Answer:      No.  We will send you a detailed statement each month as long as your calling card balance is over $5.00.  This is completely separate from your local telephone company.

Alumni Questions

Question:      I have been traveling for work and now have a greater need to use my calling card.  Is there any way I could raise the calling limit?
Answer:      As long as you have a good customer account history, we will happy to extend your limit to meet your estimated monthly needs.

Question:     Does my fraternity/sorority benefit from the use of my calling card and other National Services?
Answer:
Most definitely! There is a commission paid to your organization every time you use any of the quality National Collegiate telecommunications services.
