Answer:  On residential or business accounts we allow up to three toll free numbers per account.

Question:  Can it ring to my cellular phone or pager?
Answer:  Yes.  Actually, your toll free number can ring to any number within the US.
Question:  Can it ring to another toll free number?
Answer:  No. Because it is already toll free.

Question:  Can it ring to more than one number?
Answer:  No.  A toll free number can only ring to one number.

Question:  Is there a charge to change the toll free number?
Answer:  No.  Simply call Customer Service and they will issue you a new number, 1-800-628-8234 or send email to customerservice@nationalcollegiate.com.

Question:  How long does it take to change where the toll free number rings?

Question:  Can I request a specific toll free number and how long does it take to confirm its availability?
Answer:  Yes. It usually takes 48 hours to see if the number is available.

Question:  I called a toll free number and it says it is not available. Can you get it for me?
Answer:  Maybe.  We will check and see if it is available. If it is not, that means another carrier reserved the number and will keep it until they have use for it. If you are serious about wanting that toll free number, you would need to contact that carrier and ask them if you can have the number. If the number is given to you, you need to contact us and we would fill out a Port Form to move it off that carrier onto our network.
Question:  Can I move my existing number to you?
Answer:  Yes.  As long as you have an existing toll free number does not have a PIN number attached to it.

Question:  How long does it take to move a toll free number to your company?
Answer:  Generally, it takes 2 weeks to move the toll free number.
Question:  Will I be charged if someone dials my toll free number by mistake?
Answer:  Yes.  Unfortunately we are unable to prevent wrong number dialed. However, at this time we do credit the calls as long as they are less than one minute.
