Taxes and Securities Fraud

With a twist on an old saying, individuals can be assured of three things in life:

  • Death;

  • Taxes; and

  • Pure greed of others to take your hard-earned money

Capabilities

Death: As for the first problem, we can only say to visit our sister website of www.Tele-clinics.com to gain some insight into how to enhance your well-being and focus on the positive. Studies show that a positive out-look on life can increase your life expectancy.

As for the second two problems, we do have legal solutions:

Taxes: We represent clients on several levels with tax issues, be it to bankrupt a tax debt, to preparing an Offer In Compromise. My best advice is to be pro-active with your taxes, before there is a need for legal intervention. Tax laws are biased in favor of businesses, and with little effort, you too can legally deduct substantially more from your taxes if you have a side business. We recommend a product called the Tax Toolbox that is an excellent value. I joined this group after extensive research into its background (American Express and Rich Dad, Poor Dad author Robert Kiyosaki recommend this group) and its competitors, and now represent the group as the Tax Toolbox, found at www.MoneyEducator.com. For a flat fee, not only do I get on-going guidance every business day of the year, should I need it, it essentially acts as audit insurance. (I was audited a few years ago, and while a $300 tax difference was found, my CPA charged me $1,000.00!) With the Tax Toolbox, if you are audited there is no additional fee for representation, and if there are any taxes or penalties for returns they prepared, they pay it! When you join the group reviews your last three (3) years of taxes (compared to H & R Block reviewing only one year of taxes) and guarantees that you will double the cost of your membership fee just in your new deductions. My payrolls for several companies are prepared and included in the yearly fee. Most importantly, I can have my schedule C taxes prepared on a flat fee basis - after being over-charged by one particular local accountant/J.D., I can only say that it was worth the low price just to have access to this service.

You can find out more about the Tax Toolbox at my sister website www.MoneyEducator.com. I recommend learning more about the the Tax Toolbox and what you can do to LEGALLY take home more money.

Corporate Stock Scams: In the midst of Enron and other securities and stock fraud cases, investors are more suspect, as well they should be. The recent cover of TIME had the title, "So many choices and no one to trust. In today's world you're on your own, baby." The TIME cover asked the hard questions such as "Can I count on my broker?", "Can I trust my HMO?", and "Who's looking after my 401(k)?" The answers are NO, NO, and YOU! If you have been scammed or believe a broker, investment advisor, or corporate officer steered you wrong about an investment, let's talk or email.

Usually, each case is so individual with its own nuances of issues; it would take pages to explain how we can approach your situation. In some situations, we can right the wrong and get not only your investment back, but punitive damages to prevent future scams from taking place. AND IT'S ON A CONTINGENCY FEE BASIS - if we don't win, you don't pay us. Give us a call to discuss your problem.
