Indy's northside and Carmel since 2008

AI for your business, from the guy who fixes your printer.

That quote you typed at 9 last night. The same reply you've written 40 times. I'm Patrick. I've been the technology guy for Indy small businesses since 2008, and now I build AI that takes that work off your plate.

Free first call. Fifteen minutes, no pitch. I answer the phone myself.

Taking new clients Worked inside an AI startup 16+ years with locally owned businesses One person, no call center Independent, I resell nobody

What I do

Keep the technology working. Then make it do more.

Four things, one phone number.

AI that earns its keep

New

Automate the busywork you still do by hand. I work with these tools every day, so I catch it when a model is confidently wrong, and I build the checks in. What reaches you is data you can act on.

IT support, remote and on-site

The printer nobody can fix. The email that quit sending. Most of it handled remotely, same day. I drive over when it needs hands.

Networks, backup, security

Backups that actually restore, because most have never been tested. A stolen laptop should be an errand, not a catastrophe.

Independent. I resell nobody.

No vendor deals, no commission, nothing on the back end. The tool I put in front of you is the one I think is right, not the one that pays me. Bring me the thing you assumed was out of reach and I'll do the real work of finding out before I wave you off. If it's a genuine no, you'll hear that too.

No sales ambush

What happens when you call.

  1. We talk for fifteen minutes

No charge and no pitch. You tell me what is eating your time.

  2. I tell you straight

What AI can take off your plate, what it can't, and what I would fix first if it were my money.

  3. I build it and show you

Nothing goes live until you approve it. If a build doesn't do what I said it would, you don't pay for it.

The shift

Stop running your business on human time.

Most small businesses move at the speed of whoever is free. The quote waits for Thursday. Now that work can happen while you're still thinking about it, and a ten person shop in Carmel can have it today.

I have worked inside an AI startup, at a pace most businesses would not believe was real. So when I tell you something is possible for a shop your size, it is because I have watched it happen. Most people badly underestimate what is already sitting on the table.

Start making changes to your business at the speed of thought. That is what's possible now.

Let's talk about what to automate first
The workstation where I run AI models and build automation.

Who answers when you call

A business person who happens to be good at technology.

Kind Technology Solutions is one person. Me, Patrick. Since 2008 I've been the technology guy for locally owned businesses around Indy's northside and Carmel. Most keep me long enough that I'm part of the team.

I run AI models on my own hardware and build automation with them constantly, and I have worked inside an AI startup where we moved at a speed most businesses would not believe. That is the bar I work to now. The real skill is not typing a prompt, it is knowing when the answer coming back is wrong, because these tools will hand you a confident, tidy, completely made up answer and most people never catch it. I catch it, and I build the checks in so what you end up with is real.

Why me

You get the owner, and he actually knows this stuff.

1

Real AI knowledge, ready to point at your business

I've worked inside an AI startup and I run these models myself every day. That knowledge is current and hard won, and it is sitting here ready to use. No ticket queue, no handoff, no two-year contract.

2

I catch it when the AI is lying

Models state wrong answers with total confidence, and that is where people get burned. I spot it in real time and build the checks in, so you get data you can actually use. Ambitious and rigorous are not opposites.

3

AI consultants sell decks. I build the thing.

You don't need a five-figure roadmap. You need three tedious jobs automated by someone who has been the technology guy here since 2008 and will still be here to support it.

No surprise bills

What it costs.

You know the number before I start. Both ways.

IT support

$150/ hour

Troubleshooting, networks, backups, security, the machine nobody can fix. Billed for the time it actually takes.

AI builds

Fixed quote

I look at the job, then give you one price before any work starts. You are never watching a meter run, and if it takes me less time than I thought, that is my problem and not your bill.

Free first call either way. If a build doesn't do what I said it would, you don't pay for it.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks.

Will AI replace my staff?

No. The point is taking the boring work off the people you already have so they can do the parts that need a human. Your team gets faster, not smaller.

How do I know the AI isn't just making things up?

It will, and that is the whole problem. These models will give you a wrong answer that reads perfectly. Catching that is the part I am best at, because I work with them every day. I build the checking into whatever I set up for you, so what lands on your desk is data you can act on rather than something that just sounds right.

Where does my business data go?

I set tools up so your data stays private, and nothing sensitive leaves your business without your say-so. If a tool can't meet that bar, I don't use it.

Will AI actually work for a business like mine?

Almost certainly more than you think. Most owners aim far too low because they are picturing what AI could do two years ago. I've worked inside an AI startup and I keep up with this daily, so bring me the thing you assumed was out of reach and I'll do the real work of finding out rather than guessing. If the honest answer is no, I will tell you no. I just won't tell you no before I've actually looked.

What if something breaks?

I built it, so I fix it. You approve everything before it goes live, and you have my number after it does.

Do you resell software or take commission?

No. I have no vendor affiliations and I take nothing on the back end. When I recommend a tool it is because it is the right one for you, not because someone pays me to say so. For a small business, that is the whole reason the advice is worth anything.

What does it cost?

IT support is $150 an hour. AI builds get a single fixed quote before I start, so you know the number up front and you are not watching a meter. No surprise bills, ever.

Do I need a contract?

No. If you want me on a monthly arrangement you can cancel any time.

What if I'm not technical at all?

That's the point. You tell me in plain English what's annoying. I handle the technical part and explain it in words you'd use with a customer.
