Custom AI software and automation · Indianapolis
Custom AI software, built by one person who ships it.
I'm Patrick. I write software with AI every day, and I have put it into production where real customers depended on it. If your business runs on copy and paste between systems that don't talk to each other, that is the work I take away.
Free first call. Fifteen minutes, no pitch. Then one fixed price before any work starts.
Proof, not promises
What I have built and run.
As co-founder and CTO of an AI company, I built and ran AI software for a two-state roofing company. These are from that work.
A phone receptionist that books the job
More than 8,000 inbound calls, and 131 appointments booked without a person touching the phone. The booking rules are enforced in code, not left to the AI's judgment. More on the phone side.
A claims pipeline with a human in the loop
It reads inbound insurance mail, pulls out the claim, matches it against more than 15,000 jobs in their CRM and holds it for a person to approve. One change of AI model cut its running cost by 20 times.
Speed where it was losing customers
Callers were hanging up while the calendar lookup took as long as 15 seconds. I got it under a tenth of a second.
It stays up when a provider goes down
AI services have outages. I built a monitor that switches between providers on its own, so their phones kept getting answered.
The whole platform behind it
I ran the platform side too: one application with single sign-on, five staff roles and the connection into their CRM.
AI on hardware I own
I run AI models on my own machines every day, with no cloud bill. For work that can't leave your building, I can set up the same thing on yours.
In your business
The jobs this usually replaces.
- Retyping. The intake form, email or PDF that somebody reads and types into another system.
- Chasing. The follow up that waits for someone to remember, and the quote that waits for a free afternoon.
- Reading. Mail, invoices, claims and documents that have to be opened, understood and filed in the right place.
- Reporting. The numbers you assemble by hand every week from three different screens.
- Answering. The same ten questions, on the phone and in the inbox, all day.
Fast is not the same as right. AI writes a lot of code now, and that is why this is affordable for a small business at all. It is also where people get burned, because these tools hand you something that looks finished and isn't. I read it, I test it, and I keep a person in the loop wherever a wrong answer would cost you.
No surprise bills
How it works and what it costs.
We talk for fifteen minutes
No charge and no pitch. You describe the job. I tell you straight whether AI can do it.
One fixed quote
I look at the job and give you a single price before any work starts. No meter running.
I build it and show you
Nothing goes live until you approve it. If a build doesn't do what I said it would, you don't pay for it.
Independent: I resell nobody and take no commission, so the tools I choose are the ones I think are right. I have been the technology guy for local businesses here since 2008, and I will still be here to support what I build.
The questions everyone asks.
How is the price set?
How fast can something be running?
AI writes the code? How do I know it is right?
What happens after it goes live?
Who owns it?
Can it work with the software we already use?
Where does our data go?
What if the honest answer is that it can't be done?
Let's talk
